Not a comfortable experience. The drink was not filled to the top, the top was not on properly, and it was dripping on the side as it was given to me. I was not given a straw, even after I asked for one. I did not receive napkins. I felt discriminated. The food was bland, cold, and not fresh. I ordered a 4 piece Signature Chiken meal. The mashed potatoes were filled a third of the way and the top was open, spilling gravy during transit.

Went through drive thru. There is not a Popeyes near my home so was excited to try the blackened chicken but they were out. So tried the chicken, bacon, cheese and nuggets with fries. Sandwich was good not great. Needed more sauce a little dry. Nuggets were soaked in grease. So much they were dripping in grease. Box had a yellow pit of grease in the bottom from the older grease. Fries not hot nor crispy. Will give another try at another location in the future.

Don’t bother going unless you have lots of time on your hands. They will tell you go to inside so you can look at your food sit there for 20 mins as they fumble around and require 2 people to put straws in one bag. Save some time and go to wendys and get their chicken sandwich

I thought maybe it'd be a good idea to go there after the second day opening .... wrong. I should have went to taco bell. They don't have any seafood on their menu. They ran out of coke and sprite. It was a clean store but I won't waste my money there.

Got the 5 piece tender combo it turned out to be about 3 tenders. There was a lot of scrap pieces that they threw into my basket that contained no chicken. Also the spicy chicken was not spicy at all. The mashed potatoes had just enough gravy on them to see a bit of brown. Could have used a bit more. Service was pretty good just a bit slow. Store was clean but had some issues with the soda machine. Had to try a few different lemonades to find one that was working correctly.

Usually good service but today (03/13/24, 2:30pm) the drive through cashier got smart about us asking for a side of Popeyes sauce and gave us a full thing of mayo instead. Very unprofessional and lazy on them.
