Personally I do not frequent these kinds of places!! However, the only reason I was in there was because of what we thought was kindness as they sponsored my granddaughter for Christmas. Which I and my daughter are very grateful for!!! However, Missy was very rude to my daughter sending messages calling her "ungrateful", my daughter kept in constant communication with her and yet she continued with just "RUDE" messages!! She got frustrated with her for not responding while at work because of her job answering phone while on clock is NOT acceptable and can lead to termination if caught! What it comes down to in my opinion is if you offer to help maybe try to be understanding that YES they are grateful! To not know the situation but rather become a b@@@h was unnecessary if you are kind enough to help don't be so Rude!! I also am not fond of Staci either I could tell the moment we walked in she definitely had a pole up her @@@!! Again thanks for helping to make my granddaughters holiday nicer than it could have been!! We are grateful for sure! Your attitudes both just sucked!! Perhaps the next family you help you will be more understanding Doubtful but hopeful that you can be!!

This place is amazing, love going here just to hang out and have fun for a couple hours. The workers are so sweet and treat you like family. The place is always clean and there's always snacks and drinks. They also make great food. I highly recommend R&R hotspot too anyone that hasn't been there to go there. You won't regret it!

My name is Edward McCauley..the state and the west va lottery department along with the state attorney General..sent this place a letter..stating that I am not allowed to gamble in there venue's..but yet they ignored the letter and told me I can gamble in there venue's..I spoke with an attorney..and am seeking to file a lawsuit involving this company..Pittsburgh pa Edward McCauley..SEE YOU IN COURT. LEARN TO FOLLOW STATE LAWS
