This was my first time eating here and I was very pleased with how it went. I ordered the jumbo cut wings and potato wedges and let me tell you there potato wedges were HUGE and all though they were massive they were perfectly cooked. The wings were perfectly cooked and if you dip them in there ranch it is amazing, plus I asked where they got there ranch and it is all homemade. The staff was amazing and are waitress was the best I forgot her name but she was super kind and even got me ranch to take home with me. Overall 11/10 some of the best food I’ve ever had.

So I've been to both locations and I'm not sure how people are saying this is the best chicken. Both times it's been so dry you can't even eat it. I actually gave it to my dog and he ran for his water bowl. We have also tried the pastas and all it was is oil in a pan, no sauce, and zero flavor. This is by far the worst food I have ever tried to eat. I don't see them being here long.

We had take out last night and the meatball hoagie, turkey cheddar hoagie and cheese sticks were amazing! Love this place!
If it wasn't for the good service we would have left. 1 hour to get two appetizers (1 of which was wrong) another 30 minutes for so-so food. Actually felt bad for the servers that were trying hard. New places can be tough and I understand that. At a minimum tell customers it may take an hour and give us as guests the choice to stay or leave from the beginning. Will not return because food was not worth the hours but please take away they do have great servers trying. Also lastly and this may sound crazy but restrooms not very ADA friendly. No grab bars to assist or aide in lifting and sitting.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp for entrance but beware of restrooms. No assist bars and locking mechanism is high.

Service was awful.There were multiple wait staff there last night. Most times they were congregated in the doorway of the kitchen, which I could see from my seat. Our waitress decided it would be a good idea to stand at the table of her friends and hold their baby while she chatted with them for more than 30 minutes.Be honest. You're having trouble finding good staff. I wish I had read the reviews before I wasted my time. We won't be back.

I purchased a 25 piece chicken to go and was expecting to see a bucket of chicken something similar to KFC .I was surprised when the staff handed me a covered container..it was more professional..Inside restaurant looked great and staff was very nice and professional..Chicken tasted great and would definitely recommend this restaurant.
