there's a reason this is voted Morgantowns best breakfast. It's got that wholesome old fashioned diner feel. Nothing fancy, good coffee, good service, good food.

Since 1958, and still in the family. Simple food served well. Great service and reasonable prices. Eat here and go back in time. This is a historic country restaurantA must visit if you are in the area.

Good hot roast beef sandwich. Ice tea a bit weak, did not taste fresh.

Sitting in this place takes me back to special memories as a child. The food is homestyle cooking like your grandma would make back in the day. The restaurant has been in Morgantown for a very long time. Definitely recommended stopping by and grabbing some breakfast!

Hands down the best Reuben sandwich I ever had. The french fries were hand cut and very good too. My husband got the country fried steak breakfast and said it was the best he has ever had.

Great diner food at a great price. Steady stream of customers getting takeout, tells you they have a loyal following. I hope someone buys the place, retains the menu and keeps a lot of locals happy.

Amazing Food & ServiceI visit this restaurant frequently and the food is always tasty, prices are fair, and the portions are large! Service is awesome and Janie is the best! I always look forward to my time here. If you have not checked this place out than you definitely should!

My favorite place to eat in Mon County. The staff are very friendly and the prices are very low despite the current inflation. That, combined with the portion sizes, makes this place a delight to eat at.Parking: Sometimes the parking lot is packed, and sometimes it is easy to get just about any space you want.

I regret to inform you of the numerous issues I encountered during my recent visit to your restaurant. The overall quality of the food and dining experience fell well below acceptable standards. I hope that by providing this feedback, the necessary improvements can be made to enhance the overall customer experience. Here are the specific concerns I would like to address:Food quality: The quality of the food was extremely disappointing. From uncooked eggs and a rare burger when I had ordered it medium-well, to ants found in my Mountain Dew, sour and burnt coffee, and stale pie, the culinary experience was far from satisfactory.Hygiene and cleanliness: The lack of cleanliness was evident throughout the establishment. The presence of mold on the walls in the eating area and the sour and moldy "home" fries indicate a lapse in hygiene protocols. Additionally, the plates were not adequately cleaned, which further detracted from the dining experience.Unprofessional behavior: The ambiance of the restaurant was compromised by the audible yelling and cursing coming from the kitchen. This unprofessional conduct is not conducive to a pleasant dining environment.Pesticide spraying: I was alarmed to witness a pesticide personnel spraying chemicals in and around the tables while I was dining. This not only raised concerns about the safety of the environment but also had a negative impact on the overall dining experience.Service quality: The waitress we had was notably rude, which detracted from the overall experience and left a lasting negative impression.Gravy consistency: The gravy served was excessively thick and pasty, indicating a lack of attention to detail in food preparation. In light of these issues, I strongly urge you to consider a thorough assessment of your restaurant's operations and seek necessary improvements. It is my sincere hope that these concerns are addressed promptly to ensure that future patrons can enjoy a positive and satisfactory dining experience at your establishment.Dietary restrictions: The impact of the grease may dissuade you from returning once you observe its effects on your toilet.Parking: The parking area can accommodate approximately 15 vehicles, with capacity varying based on their size.
