Mobile order times are outrageous! Says it will be ready in 10 mins; nope more like 40 mins at least. Spend my whole break working in the hospital just waiting for 1 small drink. The food is standard but by god the wait times are ridiculous.

Over-priced mediocrity. One person working one of two registers while the other employees stood there watching and waiting for him to tell them what to make. A couple of the young ladies were ear buds, so it was obvious customers were not their focus. For the price they charge, I expect a clean store and outstanding service.

there are charges to my bank account from this starbucks dated 4/4/22. I have not been in morgantown for over a month. my daughter's card and person I work with both received charges from this Starbucks to their bank cards on the same date and also have not been to morgnatown in months. I've tried for days to contact this store to discuss this and the line is always busy. Please look into this and resolve this matte.r FOLKS, if you notice a charge that looks suspicious... it it! Service was friendly however drink was made incorrectly. It's so aggravating paying for a drink that doesn't taste right and not realizing it until you have already left. I ordered a toasted white mocha and it tasted like warm milk.

The coffee is coffee. It perks you up. They're fast enough. The lady liked the croissant, but I forgot to wait for my cheese danish. Such is life. This one is part of the hospital and, as such, the baristas are not allowed to accept tips.
