Stopped coming here due to long wait and drinks that did not seem to be made properly. I use to love the pumpkin spice lattes, not anymore. My money is on Black Rifle Coffee. In my opinion the Stone Tower Coffee place appears to be managed better and has a great selection.

Idk where my last horrible review is but I do Doordash orders and I stood there and waited and waited nobody asked what I needed if I needed help and 15 minutes and 15 customers that have came and gone and I just left and unassigned the order. This happened not too long ago I'm not accepting orders from here anymore I'm sick of this place I wasted time and money I could've delivered 2 or 3 orders in the amount of time I stood there for nothing.

i’ve had multiple experiences when they’ve not given me a drink i had ordered. today, my coworker went to pick up an order of three drinks & a lemon cake & they told him there wasn’t a third drink even after showing them the receipt. very upsetting. & couldn’t even call to get a refund ):

How could anyone write anything bad about Starbucks?! My drinks are always consistent and delicious. The employees are amazing. Very kind and helpful. Especially if your looking to try something new. The atmosphere is full of college students and laptops. If you need a nice place to have good coffee and time to work, it’s perfect.
This is the most inconsistent Starbucks. I go here frequently because it is the most convenient location for me and I usually just deal with the inconsistent quality. My usual order is a shaken espresso, I have ordered this for years and know what it should taste/look like. When I picked my drink up this morning I knew it was wrong, and I took a sip of it and it just tasted like milk. The barista asked me if something was wrong, and I told her it just tasted like milk. She said there was espresso in it, and I said it was gross and made wrong. She just IGNORED ME. I go out to my car and I can see through the window the two baristas are looking at me and talking and laughing, I’m assuming about me. I almost never ask for my drink remade, but this drink was just disgusting and I threw it in the trash.
