NEVER AGAIN. Excited to get a sweet treat on a warm day with friends. Walked into sweet frog to see the floors looking like a frat basement floor. The place was packed. We grabbed a cup and tried to fill it with frozen yogurt, but all but the chocolate were broken/out. They came out soupy and nasty. Toppings were all over the place, empty, or stale. Staff was no help, on their phones, talking about boys. I still paid for “soup”, EIGHT DOLLARS to be exact. This is ridiculous. I instructed others coming into the store to not even bother due to how unclean the place was and the fact that they were out of everything. 0/10. Never coming here again.

We were so looking forward to visiting and sharing a sweet experience with our kiddo, but it was anything but that. The floor was filthy, the cone dispenser broken, and the topping center a disaster with toppings not being cleared off the counter. I can understand that it may have been busy, but it seemed as if no cleaning had taken place the entire day/week. We wouldn't even allow our kiddo to get toppings because of the state it was in. The absolutely worst part for us was the very disgusting cup that we had to place our cone in to be weighed that looked like it had been being used for awhile (over a week) and was covered in food. 0/5 do not recommend. A health inspection needs to take place in this establishment.

We haven't been here in awhile and I doubt we'll go back. We used to really like this place, but this time was terrible. Many of the yogurt dispensers were broken. Several of the toppings were empty and the whole area was a mess. The floor was covered in crumbs and toppings. My husband and I couldn't find a place to sit because every table was dirty and sticky. The only good thing was the girl that checked us out. She was very friendly. It was such a nice place to go on a hot day, but I guess we'll find a different place this year. What a shame.

We used to come here a lot and had good experiences. The latest visit may be our last. The place was filthy, and the staff were literally making out in front of us. A male staff was sitting in a chair and a female staff was laying in his lap. It was obvious they didn’t care because the yogurt was mostly empty, the machines hadn’t been cleaned and yogurt was piled up underneath the dispenser, the floor and tables were dirty, and the topping bar was extremely messy. A customer was using her hands to test taste the yogurt that was in stock. Bad country music played in the background. What happened to this place?

Went to the store looking for cookies and cream ice cream. We went inside and the cookies and cream ice cream was brown even though the picture for advertising was white. We asked the cashier about it and they said that it is cookies and cream but the color is different because of the ice cream it’s next to (Cookie Monster) We ended up getting the ice cream and when i tried it it ended up tasting like normal chocolate to me. The tables and chairs were also dirty and uncleaned, also the toppings section was dirty.

It was our first time. We probably won't be back, it wasn't bad but it didn't feel good. Idk myself and my daughter both have adhd, it's a little store, not alot of seats and literally no directions. So, it took us a minute to understand what we were supposed to do/where the line was, which included both of us just kinda standing in the doorway a bit overwhelmed. Then we both put way to much on our bowls, leaving not alot of room for topping (our faults understandably, but the bowls are big, which is deceiving, especially if you don't know what you are doing). Honestly it wasn't bad, but as I stated overwhelming would be the best way I'd describe it.

I want to give one star, but I don’t want to hurt your overall rating…this store was so dirty, it literally looked as if it had NEVER been cleaned! The floor looked to have weeks of crumbs, stick, and stains all over it. Every table was disgusting, and the chairs had dried yogurt, dirty fingerprints and gunk all over them. Around the yogurt machines, the floor had literal puddles, a mom was trying to navigate her toddler around the mess while trying to get her yogurt. I almost wanted to clean the place myself. It’s just so bad. Someone please give this place a deep cleaning!

Big selection of condiments. The cashier asked my husband if he was a veteran. Appreciate the giving a discount for his service. Thanked my husband for his service. Husband is very proud of his military service and doesn't ask for a discount. So I was impressed with this young lady .
