This is my favorite breakfast and brunch. The food is delicious and elegant. So far, between myself and my wife, we've tried half the menu. Each item so far has been unique and delicious, you can tell a lot of care was put into the menu. The tea selection itself is massive. For the uninitiated it may seem overwhelming, but the staff are knowledgeable and the classes on tea are a ton of fun. I myself wasn't a tea drinker a year ago, but find myself having a cup daily.10/10 would recommend.

The place is cute and quaint but the prices are absolutely ridiculous and I will NEVER go back! They had the audacity to charge me $18 for a vanilla chai and a dry bagel with 3 stawberries and some paltry blackberries. I could’ve spent $18 and had a lot more to eat someplace else. Seems to me this is a place for lil old white ladies and not much room for anyone else.

A little disappointed with the front of desk staff. It's fine if you are booked but to be rude about it when guests are inquiring about a table is not a good look for customer service. The couple of times I've eaten here it's been great but I can't let poor customer service go unchallenged in a review. The front of house staff was extremely condescending and rude when we were told they were reservation only and booked up for the day. After we left we saw that we could have set an online reservation for 245pm which was 1 hour after our visit. We would have gladly have shopped at the stores while waiting for a table if the front of house took even a second to provide customer service. We decided to not book the reservation due to the confrontation and eat at another local restaurant. Very disheartening especially because I had my mother-in-law and sister in-law visiting from out of town who are very kind people. They were completely taken aback by the out of nowhere hostility. Very embarrassing.

My favorite place to go in Morgantown. I wasn’t really a tea person until I started coming here. I got to try several different types of teas until I found my niche. Their food is also to die for! Their beef and blue sandwich is my go to as well as their special scones. You won’t regret coming here!

Quaint place. I took my 92 year old mother, my mother-in-law and sister to lunch. Everyone enjoyed the tea and food. It was delicious. Bought some nice gifts for my mum, mother-in-law and sister. So enjoyable. I will definitely go again.

I have given very few 2's as a Yelper. The 2 is totally about the customer service we received. Surly, not engaged, and didn't suggest any additional purchases ... by the owner. Getting any information about making reservations or tea selections were not welcomed. Large selection of teas, teapots, teacups, honey, strainers, and all things tea. We saw high tea being served and reviewed the menu. We know 3 little girls who would love to get dressed up and have a day trip for high tea. No rewards program. We purchased quite a bit of tea and accessories. A rewards program would encourage return visitors.

I should start by saying that I did not visit in person. I did however have a great experience when I ordered tea online, not realizing that the shop was on the other side of the country. Realizing my mistake after check out, I emailed and Lisa was kind enough to schedule my order to be shipped instead of picked up. The order arrived and the tea is amazing. Thank you.

Wonderful, atmospheric tea shop. A very expansive selection of teas and the royal tea experience includes several small courses that were all delightful at a very reasonable price. Quite busy at lunch on Saturday, so do follow the recommendation for reservations near lunch on the weekend.
