Was very disappointed. This being a new Wendy's, I thought they would be on top of things. My baconator was stopped together and everything sliding off when I unwrapped it. And I asked before I pulled away if spoon was in bag and was told yes when it wasn't after I pulled away. So got out to go in to get one to find both lobby doors was locked. With no kind of sign to tell customers it was or why or when it would be open. So after walking to both sides of store I had to walk up to drive thru window with another customer there. Which is not something I EVER have done and hated it. But the drive thru was so backed up I couldn't go back thru that . Plus my frosty was already melted enough from this. Overall a very bad experience. ☹️?

Baconater!? How's it A baconater? 1 piece of bacon broke in half? That's it!? How disappointing! I was excited till I got home and saw it. I'm not to happy about that! I'm actually just a little appalled by that. Very misleading!

Dont order anything with Bacon after 10pm. Bacon had died on the line probably over an hour prior. Theres food times for a reason. I work late so its not the first time this has happened at this location. If i only paid 5$ i probably wouldnt care. The fact that i paid 13$ for 2 burgers, a half flat coke, and a lrg chili. Yes im going to call and complain.

Went inside to order and sit down for a meal and was told they didn’t have anyone to work the register to place my order at the kiosk but both kiosk weren’t working so when I went back to the counter a guy who said he was the manager told me he couldn’t help us. Horrible. I am absolutely so fed up with fast food chains. The prices are sky high and they NEVER get your order right ! Just went through drive through. Husband ordered a spicy ghost pepper chicken sandwich. He got a regular chicken sandwich with bacon… I ordered the grilled ranch chicken wrap ADD onion and pickles… I got a tortilla wrapped in nothing but chicken and cheese! Ordered a regular coke and they gave me vanilla coke ! Went back through and ordered a side of onion and pickles to add to my wrap and they hand us a drink and someone else’s order! What is wrong with you people? You can’t do your job? I understand mistakes happen but when you mess up every single part of the order every single time ? Wendy’s needs to get it together. We pay out the a$$ for food and wait 30 damn minutes and it’s always wrong. Yea it’s infuriating sorry.

Restaurant was unsanitary and filthy. Staff was extremely rude and indifferent. Tea dispensers were left uncovered and flies were swarming around them. Most people go through the drive thru and don't notice this. But beware of this Wendy's location!
