The sandwiches were sloppy and didn’t taste too good. They tried to make it over after I requested a refund but I would not give them a second chance because they thought it appropriate to sell a poorly made sandwich the first time around. The workers had a bad attitude when I requested a refund and said they could not provide a refund because they didn’t know where the manager was and had no way of getting in contact with him. Poor service overall.

Located Downtown on university avenue. In the mountainlaire. Staff was super friendly. The create your own bag is still down but the staff do it for you now. Lots of seating and the vibe is chill. The BLT was amazing the avocado tasted fresh and the bread was crispy. Lots of options just tell the staff what you would like. Adorable and students get a discount. But there are bundle deals for a fry and drink.

this place has horribly subpar food and way overpriced for how bad it is. i gave it two tries as i have fond memories of when Quiznos was in its place. Quiznos was much better. crispy chicken was barely room temperature and soggy/uncooked exterior. other time got grilled chicken which was cold and tasteless. both times they forgot ingredients on menu items. they also dont say names of orders when putting them out. just go to subway

I have had which wich a few times and every time they mess up my order! Added everything I didn’t want on my sandwich multiple times.. chicken was not grilled and was very chewy. I even asked them to remake my sandwich and they still made it wrong! Horrible experience

This place doesn't have a single care about what you ask for on your sandwich. If you are coming here to avoid meat or dairy for dietary or allergy reasons, go somewhere else or eat at home. Even if you don't have a special diet, if you ask for certain toppings on the sandwich they probably will not put them on because when they run out of something they just don't include it and don't tell you.I've eaten here many times and never had a "good" experience. At best, I would receive a half accurate sandwich. At worst, I have been essentially poisoned by careless employees adding cheese to my sandwich even after me reiterating to them that it will make me sick.The employees are rude and talk about customers loud enough to hear from across the counter and the only reasonable person working here is the manager.
