Seems like a bar that a divorced dad would go to to cry into a bottle of budweiser on a Monday night. I ordered wings, since it's a wing joint. They pulled wings from the convenience store cooler and put them in a basket to serve to me at the restaurant. Ice cold and old. The second attempt at food was just as foul and looked like something from a lunchable. Go somewhere else. Don't waste your time on the incorrect hours posted on the door.

We ate here last night we have always left just a few dollars on a card and then have left a 20-25$ on the table cash where they tax their tips we don’t leave much on a card. I had gotten up to use the restroom and the waitress was talking to another employee in the hall about a tip complaining about it and talking crap about the customer I paid no mind to it until I came back and my husband had said she came over and asked my husband about her tip and had smart comments over it While I was in the bathroom. Mind you she was still gonna get a tip even tho we waited a hour on food because they had dropped our food in the floor. First time here and will never go back

The food was terrible. Burger was so dry it was choking me. My boneless wings were so overcooked that the chicken disappeared and all the was left was a ball of hard crunchy seasoning. Took us 45 minutes to get our food and about the same to get our check after I asked for it. Won't be going back!

Absolutely filthy. The men’s bathroom has urine all over the floor. Would not use the toilet. The floors are dirty no hot water. The hall ceiling is leaking had buckets in middle of floor to catch the water. Light fixtures were open. The deck is covered in mildew and mold. Tables are splintered and filthy. No protection from wind and rain. The heater was bought and installed by one of the customers. I would like to see the health department take a look and get their opinion. I would shut the place down until it is throughly clean and suitable for customers. Shame on the owner for allowing this to happen and for not caring more about his or hers establishment. This seems to be the genet opinion of the local customers as we had a lengthy discussion and they share my thoughts hole heartily.

Overall okay experience, I order the gyro platter. The others in my party ordered a burger with onion rings and one beef taco. We were served our drinks promptly. My food was out in about ten minutes along with the onion rings. It was about another ten minutes before the burger and taco showed up. The burger was overdone, the taco had no complaints. My gyro meat was over cooked, but good tzatziki sauce was very good. The salad was flavorful, but not the freshest. The hummus was a bit soupy. The pita was good though.

Had a very nice experience at the bar & high top area! Trinity was our server & she was so gracious & kind. Loved our hummus & pita! Table ordered burgers & fries. I like a thicker more med rare so I didn’t eat much. Next time I will order something different. Overall a great time with friends. Great selections of draft & they have grab & go in the store as well.

I have ordered wings from this location for years and have always been very pleased. Tonight, i ordered wings and they were not as they normally are. They were much larger and a lot fattier. I called Cold Spot back immediately after getting home and asked the young lady that answered the phone, who also took my order. (she was very pleasant both times I spoke to her) I asked her what was up with the wings, she told me that this location ran out of chicken and they had to pick up chicken wings from the other location in Dunbar. I told her they were not good and i wasn’t pleased with the order. She simply said she was sorry. What else could she say?I hate spending 47 dollars and not getting the quality that I normally get. I chalked it up to a waste of money as I barely ate 3. Fatty large wings are not good quality and they definitely do not taste good. I will be checking my order before paying in the future at this location. Sadly and surprisingly dissatisfied with wings from Cold Soot in Cross Lanes.
Is it possible to have overcooked and undercooked boneless wings in the same basket? Why yes, yes it is. Serve without plates and cold marinara for shrooms and you've got a recipe for no more biz from this end. My son and I are actually having to take our wings home and BAKE most of them bc they were undercooked. Don't know about y'all but I do NOT want to throw my guts up all weekend. It should also be noted that this place is dead on a Friday night. Strange... Maybe that is the sign we missed when we came in. Anyway, caveat emptor is all I'm saying.

The wings and fries are AMAZING.There's only one problem. First time I was there, I ordered lemon pepper wings. They brought me wings with a PINK sauce on them that looked a bit like PEPTO-BISMOL with specs of pepper. I figured maybe it's like pink lemonade, are there pink lemons? I don't know...THEY WERE AMAZINGSo next time I ordered lemon pepper again.... I got lemon pepper. THEY WERE AMAZING, but not the pink delicious ones. I asked the waitress which wings had pink sauce, she said sweet Asian..Ohhh, okay.Next time we go I ask for sweet Asian. They brought me sweet Asian.THEY WERE AMAZING, but not the pink delicious ones. They weren't pink at all, not even close.Next time we go, I ask the waitress which one of their wings were pink. She said the sweet Asian ones. I mentioned I got them last time they weren't pink, but they were still AMAZING. She said sweet Asian again, so I oblige.They weren't pink...But they were AMAZING.But alas, I don't know what happened that day, or who the chef was, but I need those pink wings in my life.Until then, I'll keep trying the other flavors, because they're AMAZING.
