I came in 30 mins before closing time so food took a bit longer because the team was cleaning- I felt bad I made them bring out supplies again. We had our end-of-life celebration for our dog there. I forgot my iPhone there. They kept it behind the counter and gave it to me joyfully and of course I got a blackberry black raspberry shake on the way out they never disappoint. They’re always great, and they recently remodeled.

I definitely would refer friendsThere was three of us that got three meals so if I was $37 I did think that was kind of high one meal. Is 11 something and didn't even get no ice cream?Parking: The parking is fine. They have quite a bit of parking. They did a wonderful design for our son’s birthday ice cream cake. He was so excited! It was a big hit. They were great at communicating options and giving a timeframe when it would be ready.
Nice DQ in Nutter Fort, WV. Placed my order online from across the street and by the time I got there, it was hot and ready to pick up. Very clean looking outdoor seating area too!Definitely a place that I'd go back to.

I was excited about trying the raspberry blizzard but was disappointed. It's not actually raspberry ice cream it's just a flavoring

We stopped by here to stretch our legs on our way to Pittsburgh. The place really looked dirty outside with melted ice cream, food, and garbage on the ground in several places in the parking lot. Tables inside looked like they could use some wiping. As if that wasn't bad enough, we ordered the chocolate-dipped soft serve ice cream. Not only did they mix up our order and took 15 minutes to give us four ice cream cones, but the chocolate that covered the ice cream never really hardened, so we just had a chocolatey mess dripping down our ice cream cones. I'm guessing others experienced it, too, which might explain the ice cream mess in the parking lot.
