The last time we were here, the brunch was tremendous. Loads of offerings and all good. This time, we had a disappointment. The assortment of foods was limited. What was there was okay, but that's as far as it went. While a small notice informed that eggs and omelets could be made to order, no one was there to make them. Went for birthday dinner! We can't say enough great things about the Blennerhassett Restaurant. From hostess Ella to our server Andy, the service exceeded our expectations. We started with cocktails and a salad (Wilted Spinach Salad With Hot Bacon Dressing), then main course and dessert. The food here was outstanding. I had the pork chop wrapped in applewood bacon with a maple syrup glaze. It was so juicy and tender. The asparagus was cooked just right, and the risotto was nice and creamy.. my husband had the Chilean Seabass, which was also very good.
