Since being in Parkersburg working on a construction job. I eat fast food. Went here alot and over time it is always a joke. Giggling behind the window and awkward looks. Highly disappointing even stopped eating here for a year and come back to give it a chance. Still the same. This will be the last time I come there to eat.

I ordered a whopper with no pickles, no tomatoes, a side of onion rings medium and no drink, and a 8 piece nugget online amd my husband went to pick it up on Emerson Burger King. They told him they didn't have a order from me first of all. Then made him park amd walk inside to pick up the order. It was already paid for. They give him a regular whopper with pickles and tomatoes, and huge chunks of lettuce on the whopper. I'm talking a chunk of lettuce thicker than a golf ball on a sandwich. They give him a cup amd he gets a drink from the fountain area. I specifically ordered no drink. The food was cold, the chicken nuggets was rubbery they was so cold. My side of Onion rings turned to a side of French fries. I live 5 minutes from the restaurant so the food being cold wasn't from the rrip home. And all your auto response computer does is ask a different question each response. Thanks for the customer service I didn't receive, and the non edible $12.00+ dinner Tuesday 3/19/24 at around 9pm.

FANTASTIC.... First Time staying out here for work. BKs right by the hotel. Went through Drive-thru half hour before closing and Still got my order Fresh.

I couldn’t get the business to accept my debit card online so I took it to the window so they could use the physical card. I had the most rude person at the window. She ran the card through and I told her what was in the order that wouldn’t take online. I said it needed extra bacon she says okay. I had a feeling. Looked in the bag and no bacon on the sandwich so I had to go back to the drive through and she was right there at the window. Stared at me for a few seconds before turning around walking away without even opening the window to see what I needed. I kept beeping my horn and finally had to bang on the window. A guy came to the window and I told him how she purposely ignored me and walked away he apologized for her and got my sandwich with two slices of bacon. Not going back just because no extra bacon. Not going back at all. How rude this place is!

I work appropriately 5 mins from work and get a half hour lunch. Friday we ordered 3 chicken wraps and a drink and literally had less than 3 mins left of lunch when I parked.It seems like every time we go there it's like this.So we will not be going again for a while

They always forget the bacon and cheese off the bacon Swiss and you can never call to get it fixed because they don’t answer their phone just some English lady recording over and over telling you to call later.
