this place stinks walk fourteen miles to spend my $10 these people wouldnt let me in when earlier that day i was in there and spent all my money??? i go find wifi near by i call they say there open walk back they still wont let me in??? worst gambling experience and rudness iveever experienced???

I have been going here for several weeks. We live right down the road. Loved the atmosphere and the employees were great. My Boyfriend and I greatly enjoyed going here, usually on a daily basis. (This is my boyfriends account, my name is Tiffany). Anyway we both have pretty bad allergies. He apparently had been coughing a lot and the lady working at the time (doesn't have the best personality) yelled at him "OK that's enough you need to go outside and clear your throat!!" At first we though she was joking and once we realized she wasn't we were both a bit confused. And defiantly frustrated by her rudeness. He said its a free country and I will cough where I want to. Then she proceeded to threaten to ban him for coughing and call the cops!! Now we are really flipped out and can't believe this is happening so we just laugh at the ridiculousness of the situation and leave. We try to go back a few days later and whoever was working did not open the door!!!!! Wow immaturity at its best. I am shocked that these ladies I thought were really nice and respectful have acted this way and it sucks a place we have spent lots of money at and enjoyed going to is no longer a place we can go have fun. Thanks ladies hopefully someone sees this and takes care of this foolish situation!
People are usually nice and the employees ...I just have no luck on the damn machines
