[[Wed.6.March.2024 @ Breakfast Time]]I had few tests to complete at local Camden Clark / WVU Hospital and had to fast 24hrs, was not able to have Breakfast soon as i woke at 5am, 6am off to Hospital i went, once done there and about to leave i used the Dunkin App to order online and pickup Breakfast and head home to eat.Once arrived to Dunkin about 8am to pickup my mobile order which was Ice Coffee, SourDough Breakfast Sandwich, Wake-Up Wrap Sweet Black Pepper Bacon, it did not take hardly any time since i was 9th in drive thru line.Arrived to pullup drive thru window, my order was waiting on me and ready to go, headed on home to have breakfast, had my IceCoffee, seen box for SourDough Sandwich, open bag to get the Wake-Up Wrap once open it, Defiantly was no wrap but was a Croissant Bacon Egg and Cheese.Even tho one part of order was not what i ordered, it still was very Delicious and hit the spot after 26hrs of Fasting.

Horrible experience, customers waited an eternity, they gave preference to the drive thru and the orders were delivered incorrectly. I do not recommend this place. A disaster .

I used to go here every morning before I would go to work. I stopped going because they are never open on time. I have even waited 15 minutes after they are supposed to be open and they still aren't. The coffee has started to taste burnt. I love Dunkin but things got to get in order. The staff isn't bad though when you go through.

We went through drive through. They had nothing we ordered. I finally told them to surprise me. One of the donuts I got was very dry. The other one was very good though. The grilled cheese wasn't very good at all.
I love coming to Dunkin!! I am sad that the prices keep going up. ? I love the frozen carmel coffees!!! They are so good. They do need a little more coffee flavoring.

I don't mind waiting when a place is busy BUT.... NO ONE acknowledged my presence when I walked in or when I walked up to the counter.Next time, a simple acknowledgment would go a long way.I was just about to leave when a nice gal asked what I wanted.The Pumpkin Munchkins are very delicious.
