Normally, the 7th Ave Kroger is my go to store for weekly shopping. I drive about an hour from Ritchie County.

The crew at the fuel center are always friendly and fun....the main store has a friendly staff who are willing to help you out. Ive always found what I needed and not needed in stock.

Great store. Almost never have problems there. Friendly folks and their “Fuel Rewards†program is a big plus.

I am from East Texas with the most friendly Kroger's. I just got in the car from this place that is the rudest customer service, I don't know which rates the lowest Wal Mart or here. I ask the dairy man(Justin) where is the heavy cream? He don't even turn around and says right down there, so I look for the 3rd time no luck. I walked back to him and said I'm just not seeing it I don't know what's wrong with me today, he turns around and looks like he wants to strangle me and walks down to find it behind the can whipping cream in the back. He didn't even hand me one or apologize for the inconvenience!!! Then the cashier was not any better. Like did you find everything alright or how is your day. I think I'll do my shopping at Wal Mart cause a least I know how they operate. This was a rude awakening, this reflects on poor management. Places like this needs to following the example of Chick-fil-A, I might not want to eat there sometimes but will pick it anyways because of how well you are treated.

So after patiently waiting for the remodel of the 7th St. Kroger, I was in today to prep for the upcoming snow. This is a pretty common occurrence in this neck of the woods, as we need our bread and milk.

Where I come from, this is known as a "Krappy Kroger." Its old, small and outdated. Beer selection sucks, deli/prepared food area sucks and parking lot is dark. Left and drove to the other Kroger on Division.
