Tried this pizza as delivery during a work trip in the area. Delivery staff was friendly and on-time. The pizza itself was somewhat hot but the sauce was a bit acidic and pizza was greasy. I found it ok pizza overall because of the sauce and grease. With that said I would still suggest trying them as I have family and friends that love pizza a little more greasy and acidic like my experience. I will try them again on a future visit to the area to see if same experience.

The employees are always friendly at the 7th street location. I can't say that I've ever had a bad experience there. The food is always good and there is never a long wait time.

People were really nice and I had very good service but the pizza is extremely greasy and when I ate their spaghetti I was sick for 2 weeks.

Just received my delivery order and wow was I impressed!! Food was piping hot! The cheese from a jalapeno popper burnt my hand! I've never received delivered food so hot and fresh. Everything was excellent and delicious. Delivery was super fast and took me by surprise. This was my first time eating Napolis and I was beyond thrilled.
We ordered a large pepperoni pizza to be delivered to our hotel. About 40 minutes later, the courteous delivery man arrived with our hot pizza. It was delicious and the ease of ordering by phone and not having to go out for it made it even better. I was on hold for a few minutes waiting to order but that wasn’t bad at all. Would definitely order from Napoli’s again if in the area.

When my order had arrived, the happy nappy sanwchich bread is over toasted. like it's burnt.the fries cold and the second happy nappy is made wrong and burnt as well. Dissatisfied with napolis

I've not ate at the restaurant on 95 in about 5 years. We have always referred to it as Nastilis. Just moved to a home about a block fro. There and thought we'd give it another try but avoid the pizza. We had Italian Subs, onion rings and deep fried mushrooms. The food was great... not vouching for the pizza though. They have remodeled and it looks great. Nicolas was our server and he was alright. Only his 2nd day on the job and he also had a large church table but Halie picked up his slack. Was a bit pricey but overall a good experience.

Just stopped by to pick up a to go pizza on my way home to DC. Spoke with the new store manager who was really nice and very customer service driven! The pizza was delicious as usual! Keep up the great work!

terrible customer service. I have been ordering here for years. After 1 hour and 15 min I just called to check on my order. I was told it hasn't been made yet and hung up on. Manager argued with us and was very upsetting. Horrible experience. was never refunded.
