This a seasonal treat in Parkersburg, locals say summers not here till you have Sno Biz! Located in a shopping plaza, with limited seating outside, we normally just eat it in our car! Or take it to a park! Great flavors!
We just recently discovered this place, nestled away in the traffic circle next to Big Lots, but since we found out about it, we've been going there almost weekly. They have shaved ice in hundreds of flavors at a very reasonable price. Sadly, they closed for the season on October 1, but they will be open again as soon as the weather warms up in the spring.

Oh good ole Sno Biz! Going here while in the pkb visiting family/friends brings back so many fun memories from my childhood. It's hard to mess up shaved ice and sugary syrup! Still have a ton of pre made flavor combos or you can make your own.
