The last 4 times we've visited this Taco Bell location, they've completely messed up the order. Everything from missing items to food made completely wrong to random food we didn't order. It's always in the evenings after 6 pm. It's not the order taker. It is definitely the people preparing the food. The management has handled each time very well and very politely. I've managed a Taco Bell before, so I know and understand the struggles behind it, but they really need to retrain some of their people or hire new ones to make food during their night shift. Until then, I highly recommend avoiding this Taco Bell anytime after 6 pm.Vegetarian options: Everything they serve that has meat can be replaced with black beans or completely removed altogether.Dietary restrictions: You can customize almost everything on the menu, and they offer power menu items for low carb and high protein diets.Kid-friendliness: They have cheesy roll roll-ups, cinnamon twists, cinnabons, quesadillas, etc, that are perfect for kids. There is no play area, but there are plenty of kid friendly foods.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp at the door.

Employees are rude, food was cold, order was wrong, and when I asked for napkins at the drive-through the 2nd time my food was wrong, she shut the window in my face .. Would not
the issues go way deeper than how clean the store is or how the food is prepared.you have a young black male that is in charge of the store when he's there, turning it into a eatery you wouldn't want your parents going to. slinging weed, weed carts etc out of his Cadillac while at work, so yes drugs are being brought on property by the GM. if the big bosses watch the camera you can see him and usually theAGM if he's on shift getting in the car and blazing everyday with the tinted windows up of course.the AGM is a racist bigot who has been drinking while on the clock the last hour or so as he put it who knows for how longthis store needs a complete overall in management. I don't see the district manager doing what needs done for fear of ruining a friendship. Also the tablet that new hires use is being used by AGM for sure and possibly others to look up inappropriate content while at work that needs looked into.there was other issues that I addressed with higherups more severe than what this post contains. The two people who run the store are the ones creating problems and need dealt with accordingly.

Pulled into the drive thru at 12:48 A.M. (The store is not supposed to close until 1:00 A.M.) After 2 minutes of waiting, a man came out and said they were closed. We drove off hungry and pissed. Do not waste your time and gas going here for a midnight snack. Absolutely ****ing ridiculous. I would rate the food but we didn't get any GD food.
