My husband and I went to this establishment last evening (on a Wednesday late afternoon). Not one customer in the restaurant. There was a gentleman standing to the side of the order counter with a money bag in his hand and never acknowledged us. We stood there as he did for a few more minutes. A young lady came by him and grabbed the money bag, walked directly in front of us on the other side of the counter, and squatted under the counter(we were assuming she was putting the bag in the safe). She never acknowledged us! She walked past us again and walked to the back of the restaurant, and several minutes later, with cell phone to ear. Again, she never acknowledged us! At this point, we had been standing in a completely empty restaurant with not so much as a nod from the employee with money bag nor girl that took it from his hand. We stood at the counter for a total of more than 10 minutes without acknowledgment. We were not in a hurry and would have waited to place our order if we had been acknowledged. My husband had eaten here before and was excited for me to have their onion rings and mushroom burger. Unfortunately, I never got it! This review could have been so different, with just a nod and smile or I'm sorry folks, I'll be right with you. But to completely act as if we weren't there is totally unacceptable. Please retrain your staff.

Had to lower rating a star ! Management discontinued spicy papa dipping sauce and seems like chicken tenders have gotten smaller since the price went up !!!

1st time here, This was surprisingly great!! Nice and fresh hot chicken tenders and onion rings. This was just a pitstop but the service was excellent really enjoyed it and they have plenty to choose from on their menu and of course the root beer was really good. don’t have much left on the pics cause I ate too fast. Will as pic when I find it lol

We love the staff here as they are warm and welcoming. We like the floats and cheese curds. You can get A&W mugs here. Resturant area is clean with booth and table seating.

I've seen A&W's before but pretty rarely so on our journey southward decided to give it a shot! Location is a stop right off 79 with integrated gas station so quite convenient. Service was quick and the fresh root beer tap was pretty cool and I liked the root beer a lot. I'm usually a Diet Coke drinker so it was pretty sweet with the real cane sugar but also really good. Didn't personally eat the burger but the one who did enjoyed it a lot. I thought the chicken tenders were really good and juicy, very crispy and tasted hot out of the fryer. Fries a bit under seasoned but still crispy and hot. Restaurant was clean and well-kept and employees were helpful and quick too. I'd stop again, pretty happy we chose to stop here over the Classic Three
This place is always clean I really like eating here this chain has been my favorite since I was a kid and the chicken sliders here are amazing a&w never fails me.

Screwed up our order 3 times. I even wrote on a peace of paper. One a&w is hiring $9.00 and it shows. People beside us. Where pissed with their orders. To. 8/19/2023.

The food is amazing hot and fresh. It takes a little time. For your food to be made and the combos are a little pricey compared to other fast food around but well worth it to go time to time there fries are amazing.
