"We ordered tomato basil soup and fries, but were disappointed with the portion size – only 10-15 pieces of fries in one serving. Additionally, they charged us six times for extra croutons at $0.50 each, which felt excessive. It seems they were aware of the poor quality and attempted to compensate by pressuring us to pay extra. Despite this, I'm considering donating to the staff to discourage such practices and encourage better service and quality in the future. Overall, the experience left much to be desired in terms of both service and food quality. At the end they took our signature for their record, assuming we are same as them (cheaters). HAHAHAHAHA…. Funny place. Mercy…… Nothing is recommended here

My grown son ordered chicken Alfredo. They brought him a child size serving. He asked if he could have more noodles. The Manager Rachel got snappy and said she’s cooked the food and it was the amount offood on my plate which we ordered the same. She lied! Then said she would have to charge him. This ridiculously insane and I will NOT visit this restaurant again. She’s very unprofessional!!

I do like Applebee's! Our waitress was excellent and our food was fresh and hot, but what really gave it that hometown feeling was when the manager on duty brought our super duper sampler appitizer and just dropped it right on the table . Then to make my granddaughter and I feel extra special she gave us that look we all know and love... YOUR A BOTHER TO ME! Now, how do you know that you are probably saying. Lemme tell ya. She walked over to the bar and began to tell those gathered there how short handed they were and no help on the horizon. Maybe it was just a bad day. Maybe it was a Thursday! I don't knooooow! I'll go back. It's Applebee's!
The last Birthday outing at this location. The appetizer with "fresh chips" were not fresh or whole. More than half were crumbs. The 4 Cheese Macaroni with chicken had the taste of metal, I asked for marinara, it was cooked to death. I could not eat the entree. Definitely not worth the drive to Princeton.

Our visit was to Beckley WV, and we were waited on by Linzy. Everything was fantastic and our waitress was not overbearing like they can be sometimes. Definitely recommend asking for her to wait on you while there.
