Placed an order online and it was ready earlier than the time reported by the app which was a nice surprise.

Terrible!!! Completely unprofessional manger named Lainey. She wouldn’t give me her last name. I ordered Easter dinner for my elderly parents a week prior. Fifteen minutes before pickup I get an email it was cancelled do to processing issue. I Called the store because I live 4 hours away. Lainey completely unprofessional. Did not answer my questions, told me I was rude then hung up the phone. I immediately called back asked for her she wouldn’t come to the phone and I sat on hold over 30 minutes. Stick with crackelbarrel!! These people bunch of incompetent morons. If Lainey is the best they can find for a manager it certainly explains it all! Unprofessional and ridiculous!

Sunday morning. Very chilly, even after changing tables where the was no overhead fan. Had to wait for coffee to be made. Second cup of coffee was weak. Ham and cheese omelette had no ham; no potatoes with the order. Second less than satisfactory experience at this restaurant; there will not be a third.$40 for two breakfasts, including tip.

It was walking distance to our hotel so we gave them a try for breakfast. It was meh. Eggs were pretty good, bacon was yummy. My hashbrowns were hard and dry. They got my husband's eggs wrong and we had to send his meal back. It's okay in a pinch.Service was excellent. Our waitress was personable and attentive. She was so sweet and friendly that it made up for some of the food issues.

Tried to make a call in order and was on the phone 14 minutes. Finally I walked inside the store and placed my order in person. By the way they are only 7 cars in the parking lot. What a waste of time, I had to give this place a 1 star to place the review. Not a good experience here in Princeton West Virginia. Next time I will go to Applebee's.

The store in Princeton has very good food and service. The Manger is very nice and so are the waitresses. The one in Bluefield VA has awful food I have asked for the manager to complain about it.I would give it 2 star's
