“On 5-3-23 I placed an online order I got there to pick up my order one lady came out and said it would be a 20 min wait I was starting to get mad bc she had told me didn't you see all those people in front of you they all ordered 16 piece chicken so very frustrated I said I would wait so while I was in my car waiting the general manager I can't remember her name came out personally and apologized and kind of explained why I was having to wait and also gave me a $10 gift card. This GM was very professional and took the time out of her busy day to let me know that she cared about her customers....So I wanted to give a shout out to this young lady (GM) THANK YOU FOR BEING SO KIND!!“
“Thanks for keeping the grilled chicken items on your menu! Some KFC's are dropping them, therefore having only fried chicken choices. For the low carb or keto customers grilled chicken is a fantastic choice! Also, I think you have good employees and a clean restaurant.“
