I ordered a sausage and egg biscuit and get a egg and cheese McMuffin. Last penny I spend on anything in this store. Zero excuses for screwing up a simple order. Sick and tired of wasting my money on incompetent people who work in these stores. No more.

I felt like we were being waited on by 13 year olds. 2 lines of drive thru wrapped around the building, and its finally your turn to pay, but you have to wait for a cellphone conversation to end

How dumb do you have to be when someone orders two double Big Macs and these idiots put single Big Macs in there after a 20 minute drive to pick up the then cold food. I understand how hard it is to read an order board and make the food correctly and that it takes an 8 year degree to get to that level of success save your time and money there black manager walks around the store cussing and acting well ya know

Stop to get my kiddos a quick breakfast and discovered I was short a breakfast sandwich. So I turn around in big lots parking lot to go retrieve the missing sandwich. The manager, I am assuming, said she can count and refused to give me the missing sandwich, I paid for, sorry a 1.50 sandwich is not worth getting over on someone, especially from McDonald's. Sad what this world is coming too. I work hard for my dollar just like another I don't get free money or aka assistance. Stafford store sucks, oakvale rocks. At least they seem to know how to count and respect a customer aka their pay checks. P.s. they keep my receipt.
