You have to walk a mile to the cart return, and the call-in order spaces take up most of the parking near the store entrance. The auto service section is beyond a joke, even to get a simple oil change. If you order a set of tires, you have officially entered the gates of hell. Walmart overall has definitely traded customer care for profits.

Would give a negative rating I it were a choice... stopped i. To get a few items and picked up some pajamas for my grandson too. When I got to the register there was no price tags on the pjs. I attempted to enter the code at the self checkout, however I did not know which one to enter. There were two Walmart associates standing behind the checkout line. I made eye contact with both of them and asked for help. The looked at each other and went is 2 separate direction. A very professional young man, Andrew , came from the customer service desk to help after I had to go there to ask for assistance. these two associates could have said they would get someone or asked me to hold on a minute or something ... I work with the public and this is not how you treat them!!!!

Don't have vehicles serviced here!! They performed an oil change and fuel injection cleaning and ruined my engine!! Repairs will cost over $8K and corporate nor the store would accept ownership of the wrong doing!! Sooooooo wrong in every way!! I will spend my money elsewhere!

I Have Shopped There A Many Of Times And Find Everything Is Where It Needs To Be However Here Since The Sales Of Black Friday Happened They Are Running Low On Entertainment Like DVDS And Blueray Players As Well As DVD Players As Well And That Is 100% Completely Understandable But Promises To Make Sure Thier Trucks Arrive On Time For Even More Christmas Shoppers Expected In Thier Store. I Love Walmarts Most For What They Give Me 100% Satisfaction On Every Item I Buy At Reduced Prices And More. Was told not going to refund or exchange because 15 days old ... store policy .... could not speak to store manager was told look for number on line to see if who makes the computer would take back .. I ask the assistance manger could she please exchange this for another one . She said NO we don't back any computers we sale here ... I am totally amazed by this and UPSET !!!!!@

If there was any other store in the county I would go there and never step foot in Walmart again. The service there is horrible. It is poorly managed. LONG LONG lines with very few registers open. MANY times I have been in the drug section and the employees are stocking shelves and gossiping along with talking about how much they hate their job.
