“Jimmy Johns has a good variety of sandwich options and as a franchise seems to have a great businesss philosophy . As a whole, JJ consistently provides great food at a decent price point.This location is freestanding with a drive thru, which is nice . The employees is this locations biggest asset. Always patient and helpful, the staff makes the KC JJ worth the drive and keeps us coming back.“

“I love this subway. The employees make you feel at home. Autumn, Tyler, Glenna, and Sara go above and beyond on making the best sandwich around. They are fast and very polite. If there is any problem they will ALWAYS fix it. Unlike other subways, they DONT make your sandwich so messy that you should just have ate it with a fork instead. They take their time ensuring every customer has a great experience. It’s worth the stop.“

“First time at Firehouse subs..I figured a fancier subway. Ok the bread is way better! Loved the bread! It was so soft and fresh! Got a basic steak and cheese with pepper-jack and it was very good. My son got the Cajun sub with chicken and a pickle and my son has never eaten pickles and he liked these! They have chips, soups, chili and Mac and cheese as sides and I will definitely return. Very good and service was very friendly and efficient.“

“I got the chicken cordon blue and fries. It was perfectly made and tasted delightful. The staff was awesome, and they all worked well together. The manager was training a new recruit, and he was teaching and telling the new guy what to do. It was good to see that. Penn Station is our goto lunch spot when we are in Charleston, WV. Please keep up the awesome work.“

“David was GREAT. A+ customer service and super nice.The owners/operators need to get their head out of the a** help out though - you’ve got one employee running the store but you can’t find the time or energy to come work at the store that you OWN.Shame on you. Hope you have the day you deserve.“

“I called in to order 2 footlong Chicken Teriyaki subs with different toppings, to be ready by the time I got there. Not only were they ready in 5 minutes, they were labeled! I didn't have to open someone else's food; they took the guesswork out of it for me. Needless to say, I appreciated it!“

“I ordered the #11at the St.Albans location and expected to get the items as described on the menu. There were no tomatoes, lettuce or onions.It was a very dry sandwich. The service was extremely slow even though they weren't busy. IF I ever go back to any Subway I will check the sandwich before I leave the store. $11.50 is way to much money NOT to get what you order.I didn't put the date because it shouldn't matter when they messed up my order.The girl that waited on me was nice but you need to educate your employees.“

“Their meats and veggies are almost always fresh and if it isn't done right they have no problem solving the issue.Vegetarian options: Subs, flatbreads, and salad bowls with vegetarian options.Dietary restrictions: If you can't have bread then I recommend their salad bowl, all the veggies (and or meat) you can eat.Parking: The subway is inside Walmart so there is plenty of parking, but sometimes it's hard to find a spot close to the building.Kid-friendliness: They have claw machines and a kid's menu.Wheelchair accessibility: They have high tables and booths that are wheelchair accessible. Walmart has bathrooms that provide 1-2 wheelchair accessible stalls.“
