We told the server our order about three or four times and she still got it wrong! actually we had two different girls Asking us what we ordered several times. Not only that but we were overcharged! I understand everyone makes mistakes but to lie and keep covering up about it is not acceptable. She took our payment then after she handed us the first ice cream told us "oh I forgot to charge you for something and made us pay again" Then after she charged my card yet again she tried handing me someone else's order ! I asked her if I just paid for someone else's order and she said "Oh no, I didn't charge you for their order, I didn't overcharge you" I contacted customer service who assured me I would get a gift card for the trouble. That gift card never arrived and now everyone's gone quiet. To tell you the truth I just want my money back because I don't want to go to this place ever again!!! What was supposed to be a nice day of taking my son out for ice cream turned into nothing but aggravation.
