The manager was a joke. I ordered a cheese pizza with pretzel crust. Well I received a cheese pizza with cheese SAUCE. I didn't want that at all. I was told it would be 15 minutes wait. I arrived as the first customer of the day and ended waiting 30 minutes for the pizza . And I had to go back from Martinsburg to Ranson again. I was told she would give me another pizza. When I should have just got my money back. That's how bad the second pizza sucked also. The manager does not know how to run a business the professional way and at most of all she doesn't know how to make a great tasting Pizza

When they actually listen to you and give you what you ask for, the food is good.. but most of the time they don't. They'll give you a pager and then put your food on a back Shelf where it's waiting for someone to come pick it up and never call your pager. Then when you call to complain after you've gotten it home and the order was wrong they act like it's your fault, I always ask for extra parmesan and butter on my crazy bread and they never get it right except for one time when I had a manager lady and she got it right.

Clerk ran my card three times to try to fix problem with cash register. Another worker came to help and ran the card again. So I ended paying four times for one large pepperoni pizza. I called store they said they would return my money but as of today it still has not been returned.Parking: Good parking

This place has always been hit or miss, but after tonight I'll find another location to go to. After receiving a notification that my order was ready I pulled up to the drive thru window, only to have to sit and wait for 5 minutes for someone to finally come over. I was then told that they were waiting for one of my orders of crazy bread to come out of the oven, and gave me a "pager" and asked me to pulled forward and wait. After another 10 minutes, the pager went off. I pulled up to the window only to wait...again. When I got my food, the pizza was barely warm, and it was obvious that the pizza had been done way before the rest of the order. When I got home, I found that some of the breadsticks weren't even cooked all of the way through, and were basically raw dough in the middle. I'm not sure if this place is just severely understaffed, or if the workers just don't care, but save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

I’ve come to this location a couple times before and I’ve never had any issues with the food. But today I received unbaked crazy breads, I ate some of the ones that were on top but once I went in for another grab the bread was stretchy. The lady that took my order was nice. I wish they would have checked before handing me the food.

Never has anything hot and ready. Last three times I’ve stopped after 5pm when they’re supposed to have them get told it’s a 20 plus minute wait. With the price hikes to last past year and a half. It’s no more convenient or worth the cost to go there then a actual pizza place.
