This Wendy's has super friendly staff! Generally the food is really good, and fresh, although sometimes they forget sauces or mix up orders at the window. I do not believe it's their fault as they are severely understaffed. If I ever have an issue and go inside the manager or other workers are helpful and sincere. Chili doesn't seem to be as good as it was before. Taco salad is good, beverages are good, my favorite is junior bacon cheeseburger.Parking: In Vienna, WV they have plenty of parking spaces.

Low ratings this time only due to issues with the food. My son and I had gotten frosty apiece, which ended up being thinner than a milkshake. Had them replaced, not much better, somewhat thicker. What really surprised me was that they weren't even really cold.? At this point, I just threw them away and we left.
