“Buck's Place in Charleston WV out on Sissonville Rd is a typical dive bar. Its a great bar with a lot of locals that hang out there. This was the second bar that Tony and I went to when we first met 30 yrs ago. Its one of those small little dimly lit places where everyone knows your name. The bar is old and wooden square bar top. Beer, pool table, a few small tables and a juke box. That's about it. No liquor, beer only!!!!“

“It was pretty quiet tonight but I hit bing bing for 450 so it was a good night I only spent 40 bucks so I won 390 but all & all I had a good time up rush creek before I went to the raw with my two girls that do everything for me I mean everything so thanks Lori & Kim for u kno what on father's day, hell yeah.“

“Tuesdays are steak nights....you get a 16-20oz ribeye, baked potato, vegetable, side salad, and desert for $20. The establishment was clean, the staff was friendly and attentive. The alcohol prices were VERY reasonable. There was plenty of space, it has four pool tables, darts, and I think karaoke ??.... I'll be back ?“

“The Cold Spot has some awesome food. The wings are delicious- well sauced, but not greasy. The hot Buffalo sauce is our fav, but the Carolina gold is great too! The burgers are fresh and there are so many options!! Do not pass up the fried mushrooms with homemade ranch appetizer! My favorite thing is the steak tacos with extra tomato and the Greek salad. My husband loves the gyros. We’ve never saved room for dessert, but I hear the baklava is divine.“
