My husband & I ordered a calzone each & they were swimming in grease! We had to put paper towels down in the box, over their wax paper and they were still greasy messes. The grease was coming out on the bottom of the box too. The calzones taste good, we just can't handle all of that grease. If it was t for that, I'd definitely give them a 4 or 5 star.Parking: Parking was super crowded and small. Only a few spaces to park in.

My wide and I absolutely love Gino's Pizza but this makes it twice now we would call and order pizza for carry out and would have to wait even longer for our food bc they had to remake it bc they didn't know where our food went. How do u continuesly lose our food??

Order on line, because coudnt get anyone to answer the phone. It said online it would be done at 6:29 -6:39. Got there at 6:40 . Told me that it wasnt ready come back in 20 mins. Got there and they want me to drive around because wasnt ready said it would be another 5 mins. I said that i would wait there. The girl with red hair got mad . Manger came out she wanted me to drive around . I told her I would wait. She told me that I was holding everyone up behind me. I said that that may twice I had been there. The red hair girl kept coming back to the window with attitude . We spent over 40 dollars there ., I wont be back . They blamed it on ordering on line. I order online with other places always on time.

Ordered 1. 6inch 1. 12 inch Sicilian 1 frie . The amount was 27 dollars which is crazy. They had no oinion no black olives no dressing on them. At that price and service we won't be back.

Food is excellent! purple hair manage the rudest person in a restaurant I've ever encountered. I've owned restaurants and have a hospitality degree. I've never been disrespected so poorly before .
I will say a year ago the management at this location was rude and quite frankly didn't care about the job. Working in food is a stressful job i have worked them my whole life still currently am. Anyway ever since the " girl with purple hair a.k.a Jamie's " became gm i have seen a difference with service and food...."girl in purple" hair deserved this position she has worked hard and proved herself to earn that spot.Kid-friendliness: It's kinda for everyone so just fits.

The floors and tables are dirty and sticky. Little flies everywhere and all over the walls. Where there’s flies there’s maggots somewhere. The vents are clogged with dust. Dirty rags on the counter. This place needs an inspection asap.

They don't answer the phone in the evenings, especially on high volume nights. And all they do is make excuses as to why. I have ZERO respect for the manager at this location. They always claim they are training new people as the excuse. Why can't they keep people. Sounds like Managment IS the problem.
