I thought this place was going to be nice considering the location of it. Starting with the general cleanliness, it was dirty and run down. There weren't any waitresses or any signs telling you where to go so you just have to figure it out on your own. We ordered food but you had to go to the bar to order your beer. The bartender was an older male that barely acknowledged me. He took a while to acknowledge my general presence and yet, never made eye contact with me. He rudely asked "what do you need." Classy! Got my beer and went to pick up my food. The food looked great! The taste though, definitely not worth the price. I ordered bacon on my burger and it was one of those round frozen, tasteless pieces of bacon that you see at fast food restaurants. I told the lady that handed me my food thank you, she replied with "uh huh." Bottom line is a little customer service would be appreciated especially if you're going to sell tasteless food and overpriced beer.Parking: If you aren't staying in that part of the resort you have to walk or catch a bus to the restaurant. You can't park your personal vehicle in their lots.

If you are looking for food, this ain't the place, unless you like cheap bar food that costs 5 times what it's worth.

Good food for a reasonable price. Good atmosphere for families. Quiet. People who work there are nice.

The bar is open til 9pm. They stopped serving food at 3:15pm. Not cool. Do better. I was one of ten people suddenly turned away.

Bartender got tired and closed down the bar at 1030 on a Friday night….

Wings and fried pickles were good. Chill spot during the day and fairly lively at night.

Saw the girl w ponytail (in the back preparing food) licking her fingers several times while preparing food while we waited. Burgers had no flavor likely frozen. Paid $36 for 2 burgers which is overpriced. Most important: This kind of lack of hygiene is completely unacceptable. Never washed her hands, no gloves. Disgusting. I would have cancelled my order but we were starving. Will never go here again. She should know to wash her hands and keep them out of her mouth if she's handling food. Gross!!

Straight out of the 1980s. Hoots is the perfect break from your ski day if you're looking for a cold Michelob, chilli & some tots. Love the old feel.

The girl preparing the food was licking her fingers several times and then touching the food. I have never seen something more disgusting and unhygienic. She never washed her hands. We waited a long time for our food and I’m sorry I didn’t cancel it but I didn’t see any other options nearby. The water also tasted terrible from the container- at least filter it. I appreciate the gluten-free buns but the lack of hygiene is such a turn off I will never go back. Truly disgusting

Nightlife only review: The good: -Bartenders are very nice and quick, it may take a minute to get a drink but they at least (for me) let me know they had not forgotten. -Vibe has a local skitown feel, everyone we met was really nice, no fights, just everyone having a good time. The Bad: -Beer was $8 for basic, little high but whatever -Saturday had a $10 cover for absolutely no reason, I guess Titos was there but it was no different than the night before. Charged $10 because they could but didn't provide anything extra. -Hours are weird, nobody really knows the hours, lights come on anywhere from 11-1145 and your being thrown out (nicely lol) We went here twice both Friday and Saturday, and skipped the other bars around the area because it was fun experience

Everything is overpriced and the chicken sandwich is just 2 tenders on a bun. The tots were a good side though.

They treat their employees better than their customers who actually pay and lets not forget the table hog employees trying to get us paying customers out so not worth going and being treated the way i and the people I was with if you like playing pool forget it the employees play all night and I do mean alll night until the last half hour before they close don’t go there not worth it

Great after ski hangout if you're on this side of the mountain or lunch break. Doesn't get quite as busy as the village areas or down by the lake.
