Our server was stretched wayyyyy too thin. We waited entirely too long, and overall it was not the best experience. We tried to eat there a few weeks ago and we were there 20 minutes without being sat, so unfortunately I think they just aren't staffing to meet the needs. We won't be back for a while, or at least not on a week day.

!!!!! DO NOT GO AT NIGHT TIME UNLESS ITS MONDAY OR TUESDAY!!!!!!! THE NORMAL NIGHT CREW THAT WORKS AT NIGHT SUCK. But I went last Tuesday and only one server and I think 2 cooks and I saw the best manager her name is Donna I knew her for years at ihop she use to be a server cleaning and running the front she was awesome and the server I’m pretty sure her name is Paula she’s been there for a long time but she said her crew works on Mondays and Tuesday only at night so. If I ever want dinner from ihop im only going on mon or Tue FOR THE BEST!!!!! Every morning tho it’s awesome but night time shift needs some work before they start looking like the KC one!!!!! BUT IT ALL COMES DOWN ON WHOS MANAGING HAVE TO HAVE A GOOD MANAGER TO RUN A STORE GOOD!!!!!!!!

Wow what has happened to this restaurant. Used to be this was my go to place but the last 5 months this location has went to pots. Yesterday my wife and I needed to eat before starting shopping. My wife mentioned Ihops. I told her I was kinda of leery because of our last visit. I finally said I’ll go but if it’s a bad experience I’ll never go back. Arrived around 3, got seated fairly quickly. After about the third round by the waiter to see if we were ready we ordered. We got our drinks and my wife’s side salad pretty quick. That’s when the fun began we waited and waited and waited. The wait staff kept apologizing for the long wait. I told the young lady waiting on us that I’ll never be back. Let me clarify I’ll eat at another ihop just not this one. Finally got the food after 30 minutes or longer. I got mine first and then my wife got her’s 5 minutes later. Food was excellent to bad the food preparation wasn’t. We told the waitress her service was great and the food was excellent but the food preparation could be drastically improved. I’ll never be back. At this location.

2/15/24 Slooooow service. It took 10 minutes for our server to take our drink orders(no exaggerating). We didn't know he was our server. We thought he was the hostess. The bus boy Chris was more attentive to us than our server was. Chris also went to round up the servers to sing happy birthday to us and he sang with them. We asked our server for our bill but he never brought it so my family went to the car while i waited in line at the counter for our server to help a couple pay their bill which took 5 minutes, a long time just to pay a bill. It took a while for my bill to get paid too when it was my turn. Then I found Chris to tip him $3 because he helped us enjoy our meal but he was reluctant to accept it but I convinced him to. It was only 7:30 and the whole restaurant smells like fabuloso so strongly that even after I left I could still taste it in my mouth like I swallowed an air freshener(and we were on the complete opposite side from where they were mopping). I could hear the profanity laden music loudly playing from the kitchen. Every other word was profanity along with strings of disgusting words. The service is really bad here and we only came because my son picked IHOP for his birthday so he can get the funny face pancakes and he likes their birthday song otherwise I wouldn't have come back and still don't plan to in the future, not even if the birthday boy wants to.Previous review: Bad service, bad food and filthy floors and table.Lots of food under foot. My feet were slipping on greasy squashed french fries. The floor is covered with filth on every square foot under the table. The table was set with napkins and silverware but there was syrup and food in many spots.It took one hour for our food to come out because one grill wasn't working. They knew this before we ordered with a baby. It would have been nice to know before ordering so we could go somewhere else or go home!Kids drinks are no longer included. They are now 99 cents. So if you order a kids meal for $5.59 plus a drink, that's $6.58.My omelet came without anything inside except cheese. The meat and veggies were all just on top so definitely got less of them. They are always supposed to make it with the meat and veggies mixed in AND on top.

Me and my fiancé went this morning and we were sitting in sight of the host stand, and we waited 5-10 minutes and our server Jolie went to the host stand and asked someone else to get us drinks, around 5 minutes later she said rudely you know what you want ( no name, how are you, nothing and we later heard her name from a host) when our food was ready someone else brought it to us, we were done eating by the time she checked on us 30-45 minutes not being checked on once then we had to ask a host for our bill. Over all the food was good but the server was not.
