I ordered 2 pizzas. One was a thin crust with extra cheese and bacon. What I got was a thin crust with no bacon and the largest crust I've ever seen honestly. We asked for them to take the pizzas back and give us a refund, as we didn't have time to wait for a new pizza, but were told they couldn't refund us as there was "no general manager" at the store. I've never heard of a general manager being needed for a refund.

Order out only.Staff is lackadaisical about delivery orders and they rarely arrive hot despite being only a mile away.Phone manners are less than kindRequires you to read CC number over an unencrypted line to an unknown party.I only order here from a lack of options.This review keeps popping up in my feed as I often visit the business next to it.Vegetarian options: They claim to have a vegetarian pizza, however, I doubt that their food handling would preclude cross contamination of meat juices into the product.There is no disclosure on the pizza sauce ingredients.Parking: Hit and miss, impossible during peak hours.

Terrible, pizza was awful, a frozen one would have been better, half the order was missing, looked like they cut the pizza up and took half of it out for a snack before sending it out, will never return/use this location again.

Didn't get my entire order so tried calling the store and they let the phone ring for 13 mins and then picked up and hung up on me and I called right back while I drove to the store.The phone was ringing still from my call when I got to the store. I told the manager to go ahead and answer the phone before helping me and she did. The look on her face when she answered the phone and it was me on the other end was great. I said well the phones do work, why did it take me driving down here to get you to answer the phone? I mean 7 people working and not 1 of them could answer the phone? Come on! They gave me the rest of my order but did NOTHING to make it right. I went home to cold pizza and cheese sticks. Still trying to figure out why I paid $4 for the delivery fee and then the tip to have to turn around and drive down there to get the rest of my order cause they didn't want to answer the phone. Also, why is the manager delivering pizzas when they have 2 delivery drivers in the store on the clock? Will not be ordering from here for a while.

I ordered food at 6:30 they sent it to be delivered with DoorDash.One: they left it on the ground in dirt and grass but oh not only that but it was the wrong house too and I’m 9 months pregnant with a 1 1/2 year old and I’m not walking a neighborhood to find the food.And for 2: i called At 7:20 for them to fix it they said they would and would have the regular delivery driver bring it i called at 8:15 they said it was out for delivery it is now 9:10 i call Again and they said it would be about 45 minutes I’m LIVID !! I highly Do NOT recommend ordering from this Pizza Hut. They won’t give me a refund or anything either. Smh worst service !!!
received an offer for melts with free 20 oz drink for $7.99. chose the meatlovers melts and they were delicious. they were loaded with meat, crispy on the outside, and the 2 marinara sauces were great. there is plenty of free parking, the place is clean, and the service is friendly.

I love this pizza place normally BUT yesterday 8/28/2023 it was a big disaster....I ordered my food like always and waited 45 minutes which is fine, I get my food, my dinner box was as ordered but my ppp Buffalo Chicken was not it was literally just cheese and chicken so I called was put on hold for 15 minutes and then the phone was picked up and I was hung up on, so I called back another 15 minutes on hold then a young man tells me he couldn't find my order so I gave him my ticket number and he says hold please and hangs up so I call back again and 4 minutes later I was able to explain the situation and he says we can send you out another one but it's gonna be anywhere between 45-60 minutes and I said ok.... they show up and my son gets my pizza looks at it and seen that it had the chicken,cheese,onions and banana peppers so he thought ok, well I bite into my pizza and still NO Buffalo Sauce so I try calling back and once again I waited for 20 minutes no answer and I just hung up.
