“McDonald's was busy, it was lunchtime. But service in drive-thru was reasonably quick, ask about the mobile app, and I had 2 orders, so they did it all very efficiently, and with politeness. Put all 4 drinks between the 2 orders in a carrier without asking. Must have some decent managers at that location.Great food and service. Thanks“
“Ten of us stopped in for lunch and had a variety of items. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Everything was fresh and tasty. The atmosphere is very relaxing and pleasant. The servers deliver the food to your table. I had the Local which is a small burger. It was great. It's a small gem in South Charleston.“

“I always get a Large Iced Caramel Coffee with extra caramel and extra cream. My coffee is always spot on. I'd say I go to this location 3 or more times a week. The drive through lady works her butt off, the window workers are really nice to me. I've never had a bad time here. Thank you.“

The recurring theme here is the snobby attitude from the majority of staff. Simply put, I would rather deal with the cooks directly or just order online to go. Place has fallen off “
