“I ordered a cake for my daughters birthday. It was beautiful and delicious but I was disappointed that they didn't get happy birthday on the cake with my daughters name. I specifically asked for that at least twice in email. The whole email ordering process did not feel smooth and I don't think I was asking for much. Responses took days over the course of a few emails. I got the vibe that they didn’t care about me as a customer.“

Even last week when they only had four workers due to management scheduling error, we only had an hour wait. Food came our fresh and correct in no time at all.
