Ordered takeout subs and one was supposed to be hot ham and cheese only. They piled lettuce, tomatoes on it and I didn't find out till I got home. So my husband had nothing to eat because he won't eat a lot of things on his subs. We specifically said ham and cheese only. I sure wasn't driving back and wasting gas to try and fix it.

Only 2 employees at this location and unprofessional. Steak meat was burnt and not made how I requested. Spent over 50.00 for disappointment. Place seems like it could use a good cleaning. While after to wait almost 30mins for a mobile order the table was sticky and so were the floors.

Food was good ,service was ok not the fastest but good food is worth the wait.Parking: Plenty of parking to choose from... just lock your doors because Saint Albans police department is in the same parking lot..They will take your change out of your console...jk guys
Excellent food served within a smile. We had a sandwich with grilled veggies. The bread it was served on was wonderful. A great gem in St. Albans, WV.

Great food, cool people with smiles, but the entire store and everything in it smells like onions. Spent 2 minutes in store for pickup and walked out smelling like i cut a box of onions. Needs a deep clean and new

We ordered 2 sandwiches and both sandwiches were botched. One was supposed to not have cheese and the other was not to have lettuce or tomato. Both sandwiches had the ingredients we didn't want. When we addressed the worker in the black shirt and offered it back, she didn't say anything and grabbed the sandwich back in an angrily manner and walked away with a sassy manner.
