Made fresh, fries are crispy and hot most of the time, overall consistent good food. I would recommend over McDonald's. Out of special orange frosty, spicy chicken was cold and tough like it had been sitting all day. I'd be ashamed to serve food like that. It was carry out and I was down the road before I discovered how bad it was or I'd have asked for a refund

Not bad, when they get the order correct. It's nice inside and is almost always clean. The service isn't bad for a fast food chain. The managers seem to have a handle on things. Beats the McDonalds just down the road, by far.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair entrance available with wheelchair seating also available. The line at the register is plenty wide enough to comfortably fit a wheelchair. They built this location to accommodate as much.

I was not offered free Cinnabons on 2/29. I don’t understand how a company so large wouldn’t have their website set up for the special promotion. A local owner was very kind and created a pre-paid order to make up for it.

We ordered our food in the drive thru. We ordered hamburgers one with everything,it was sloppy. The other one was supposed to have only lettuce and tomatoe. When got it had cheese too. They were going to fix it when got it back it still had cheese looked like just whipped a little bit off and left the rest. They just lost a customer.

I order 3 bacon cheese burger for me and my girlfriend when I got home it didn't have bacon so I called them and they told me come back and they will correct my order when I got there they gave me same sandwiches with no bacon I talked to the managers and the cook told them exactly what I wanted and it still was wrong plus was really cold the customer service there is so bad I wouldn't recommend no one to eat there

The general manager Nad the district manager are both rude and narcissistic. I worked there for 2 days, was talked to like I was stupid and then threatened. I reported it and nothing was done. The entire back of the restaurant is disgusting, no one seems to know how to clean or keep things up to health code. After seeing the state of the kitchen, I tried cleaning, but I refuse to eat the food from there and felt guilty for serving it to the customers. But if I didn't serve that disgusting food, I would have been fired. I do not recommend anyone eat at the St. Albans Wendy's. District manager and the General Manager do not know how to run a restaurant or keep employees. The GM is verbally abusive towards her employees and the district manager allows her to. That is a hostile work environment and a disgusting place. I would not eat there unless you want to end up with food poisoning or salmonella.

Worst fast food service I've ever had. The guy taking our order walked away in the middle of us ordering to talk to his friends. Everyone working was just messing around instead of actually working and when we finally got the rest of our order taken, they got the food wrong and the fries were ice
Raw meat ! Stale fries ! Everytime I go it’s either made wrong or the food isn’t cooked right , then they can’t give your money back if you have a card transaction ! It takes days for a card transaction to be returned . This store has went to Hell !!!
