I'm updating my review to 2024. If you're thinking of eating at the taco bell here, it's better to go elsewhere. The staff are lovely and the service is wonderful. They're not the problem and they're absolutely doing their best. The food is the problem. They were out of a lot of a lot of items and on the KFC side they were even out of chicken. 10pm, wanted a quick bite on the way home. Took almost 15 minutes to get through the drive-thru with only one other car in front of me. The KFC part of it was cold. Asked for no pickles on the Chicken Littles, and they had pickles. Ordered two Chicken Chipotle Flatbreads. They only rang in one. The Potatoe soft tacos were cold and not fully wrapped, so upon trying to take them out of the bag, half of one went onto my floorboard. Drive thru. Ordered two burritos and two cantina tacos. Received the two tacos with no sour cream as i asked and two wrong burritos then I ordered. They replaced the burritos with not a smile nor an apology. Just ate tacos as they were. Tacos were good. Burritos were thrown away.
