This place is disgusting, something is stained all over the signs up above, the straws look like they have been from a 3rd world country the wrappers are stained brown, the grill looked like it hadn't been scraped in weeks, there's a renovation going on I guess that's a different approach being from the construction world my entire life, the personnel were rude especially after we asked for a refund. They asked why and the first thing they said was some tea was spilled well they should have cleaned it up but nobody did and the restaurant was dead no customers, people were walking in and turning around once they seen inside. I have never once asked for a refund but there's a first for everything.

I got 12 inch chicken teriyaki and it hardly had any teriyaki sauce on the sub itself. Warmed it up when I got home and added Lowry’s teriyaki marinade to it. I gotta tell ya it made one big difference. Idk what kind of sauce y’all use but maybe try something more salty or add more next time. Other than that it was good!

My husband and I tried this place for the first time today, ordered to go. I should have known disappointment was coming as soon as I discovered our footlong Italian sub wasn't cut in half. I wasn't there, and he was in a hurry to meet me for lunch. No big deal. We ordered the Italian all the way, but there were barely any toppings on it and the portion of meat was no better than Subway, possibly even smaller. On my half of the sandwich, there was literally two tiny little banana pepper rings. This sandwich was way overpriced, about $4 more than the equivalent sandwich from Subway and honestly not nearly as good. We paid over $24 for 1 ft long sandwich, two small drinks, and one order of french fries. In any case, I tried Penn Station and I won't make the same mistake again.

The dirtiest place I've seen in a while. Two people one drink is water 41$$$!? If it was good, or anyone was polite or friendly, maybe Michael. 40 dollars ?. I tried to take it back. It used to be really delicious......one of the yummiest. So chinzey with the meat NO green peppers. Just really really bad.

Smallest portion size I've ever received here. Sandwich was ready in under 60 seconds cause it took no time to cook the 2 small onion slivers and one sad banana pepper with the pitiful portion of meat. Staff were nice. $7 for 6 inches of a let down.
Good food for reasonable price. Ordered online and picked up a few times.

Penn station is overpriced for the portion sizes but the food is good. The young guy Manager on duty was great , good person to have in the role for this location
