Ice cream was amazing! But service was horrible. They acted like we everybody was bothering them by getting ice cream. Locked the doors at 745 after we paid. Girl was rude wish I would of gotten her name.

My daughter and our friend love to go here? Their server name Logan is so friendly and accomodating my daughter and her friend wants the ice cream on Barbie container but it has only on "gotta have it" (biggest) cup size and they cannot finish that size but Logan said we can order the "like it" size and he will put it on the Barbie container, so very nice❤️

We never had Coldstone before and it was directly down the street from our hotel so we decided to give it a try. It was about 9ish and they closed at 10. When we walked in, we noticed a line. However, the employees seemed to have been bothered by the crowd. One employee in particular made a comment about "isn't there any other place open?" as soon as we walked in. Another employee I'm guessing was putting in their two weeks and made a comment that they werent working those two weeks. Very unprofessional to say and talk about those things in front of customers. They did a great job getting the line down and the icecream was great. Believe it or not, they were actually very friendly when it was our chance to order. I would probably return if I were a local.

Disappointing because we searched online specifically for somewhere with frozen yogurt, both Google and yelp listed this place as having frozen yogurt so we drove out from Wheeling but they didn't offer any.

I ordered an ice cream cake via their website for a birthday party and it was amazing, The decorations to the flavor were all on point. The price is a bit steep but what isn't in today's world. Well worth the money and will order another one for an occasion.

Nice store.. Good location. Delicious but, pricey shakes. Only 1 person working on a Sunday. Did not have any waffle cones or bowls. Very disappointed.
This place socks. I worked there and they not only fired me over 1 complaint, but also didn't try to correct me. Not only that, but the boss rages at every employee, she also screams at the customers, doesn't do any of the work, and takes more tips than any of the other employees.

Ice cream was melted. Couldn't eat. I would recommend that this place doesn't turn cold plate off until closed. Other than that coldstone in PA stays open until 11pm why can't this place stay open later. Icecream is too pricey for it to melt and get thrown away. Also no Waffle cones left.

Horrible. Brought friends here from out of town and they locked the doors 15 minutes before closing time. It’s not a restaurant with steak, so don’t close so early.
