To be perfectly honest the customer service was great, the food was OK, and clean on the inside. The biggest problem is the up price of Arby's. Why spend Chedder prices with less fast food when you can dine in with wait staff for better food at the same price?

Restaurant has some great offerings, if only they could deliver in a pleasant efficient manner.
I stopped in Arby's today during the lunch rush. Cars were wrapped around the building for the drive thru. I was glad I was dining in. I know they were super busy and people were inside waiting on their food. I am patient when it comes to fast food and retail. Working with people take a lot of patience. I wanted to send kudos to "Big Juice" (name on his name tag). I have never seen anyone more pleasant in a fast food restaurant. When placing the order he said "excellent choice", "certainly" when I asked for a change, and smiled the whole time, like it really was his pleasure to serve me. The person behind me also said that there needs to be more like him. There must have been a lull as I sat down with my order, he was making the rounds of the dining room checking on everyone there to be sure everything was right or offered to take their baskets. He deserves recognition for his excellent customer service. We need more like that.

The hush puppy fiah strips are so disgusting here. Like soft, lightly warm sponge cake. This is in my top 3 worst fish meals ever. I wish i could put a sample of the texture here to be felt. So gross and unappetizing. Like microwaving yesterdays chicken nuggets, but the slightest fish flavor. And the tartar sauce is no longer house made, instead gross mass packeted crud. I feel robbed. At least the jamocha shake is on point and delicious

Well, it was just Arby's, but it hit the spot and the service was good.
Sat in line for half of my lunch break waiting for my wagyu meal at 2:45 in the afternoon. When I got my food the fries were room temperature, the wagyu patty was barely edible, and the top bun was very cold as if the sandwich had been in a refrigerator since the regular lunch slowed down. I guess I just came by at the wrong time.
