I didn't like their method of making pizza by cooking the pizza without the cheese and the adding unmelted cheese on top. I would have preferred that it be melted but that's how they do it.

This place once had great pizza. Not so much anymore. The crust was hard. Not rock hard, but close. Toppings were tasty, though, so 2 stars in my book. But, I don't think that I'll be back. The not-so-great pizza coupled with an unfriendly counter attendant has left me looking for better pizza in the Mid-Ohio Valley.

DiCarlo’s style pizza with extra cheese, pepperoni and banana peppers is always a must have when you’re in WV. 2 orders of 3 cut is plenty for 2 people.

THIS IS NOT DICARLOS !!! It's a cheap rip off using the name. I can't believe DICARLOS is letting this location ruin it's pizza. 1. There's no crust on the edge and the bottom is ULTRA thin. NOTHING LIKE the real dicarlos in stuebenville/wintersville. Even moundsville makes it correctly. 2. You can't buy it by the slice, the less you buy the more it cost , JERKS! 3. The cheese is graded like parmesan on an olive garden salad, NOT like dicarlos shredded mozzarella. Driving through Vienna, I was shocked to see a dicarlos so far from home, I was disappointed af!. Dear dicarlos franchise-- make this place change it's name.

We also love the calzones. They are the size of a pizza just folded over. Great for leftovers and lunch the next day. The salads are fresh an filling. The best subs and so many people love the way they make their pizza.
I love the pizza but every single time they screw it up and it’s been almost a year since I have went cause I got tired of it and guess what , still hasn’t changed

We ordered 2 pizzas tonight via DoorDash. When they finally arrived, I bit into a piece only to find hair baked into the crust. DoorDash was great, and refunded. However, the response from DiCarlo's social media was absolutely appalling. We will never give another penny to DiCarlo's as they clearly don't care about quality, customer service, or health and safety.

If you have not been to DiCarlo's before be prepared for a different style of pizza. A standard DiCarlo's pizza will have the cheese and pepperoni put on after it comes out of the over with a crispy crust. This location does offer more normal style pizza as well. But I 100% prefer the unrelated cheese. It just tastes way more cheese.So this location has more options then DiCarlo's I have been to in the past, just as tasty and delicious. Staff was very nice and helpful. Dining area is very clean, open, and well lite.There is a little arcade game and claw machines in the corner. The player 1 stick on the arcade was broken when I went so just be prepared if you do decide to play.I got the standard pepperoni pizza and the crisp was amazing. Definitely one of my favorite DiCarlo's pizzas I have had. I plan on going back more while I am here and enjoying more pizza.
