Poor location. Risk your life getting to it if you are traveling south from Vienna at most times of the day. Drive thru and kiosk brightly lit yet not open at 6:43 on a Sat. Come on your a coffee shop! People are on their way to work.

This is a great little coffee location in Parkersburg. The staff is very friendly and the coffee is decent. I typically just drink black coffee and a lot of times decaf coffee. Those are both good cups of coffee from Lock No 4.

The staff is always kind, can assist with recommendations, and the establishment is always clean and trendy.Parking: It's in a plaza that is small. Also, watch out when you back up to leave. I saw a truck hit another parked truck while backing up.Kid-friendliness: Kid drink options available.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access.

The barista's are knowledgeable about their drinks, friendly & polite. Totally not their fault but the hrs on Google and on the door are incorrect. They were super nice this evening & made us hot chocolates a few minutes before closing. They still had customers in-store as well as in line when we went in and Google said they closed at 8pm on Sat. The door said the same but they close at 7pm. The place and people are great, but for their sakes, please update the hours.

The service here is great! The ladies behind the counter were very attentive and on top of all of the orders coming in. I would definitely describe them as professional and efficient. The café itself is clean and has a comfortable atmosphere. The only downside is the coffee. It was drinkable, but it tasted a little watered down to me.Parking: Shared parking with other stores in the strip. Getting into the parking lot is an absolute nightmare due to its location on Grand Central.

Love their coffee!Hot or cold it is good.They will make it how you want it.The coffee is good coffee and staff is super friendly.I love the location because it's right in the middle of the hub area by the mall and easy to pop in and out.Try the pumpkin roll is it so good. And of course the pumpkin spice latte.I go here frequently and share my love for this place and another coffee place across the bridge.So much better than the chain coffee place.

It's an off-hand stokes coffee. The menu looks the same the drinks are the same the cups even are the same. But the coffee here is so much worse you can't even taste the coffee. It's like No one showed them how to make a cup of coffee. Plus my coffee was so over steamed that it taste curddled and was so hot I couldn't even drink it for an hour.
