We had a great experience at Logan's Roadhouse. Our server Nathan was excellent and so attentive to our needs. And it was his first day! The manager Jeff was also excellent and had a nice conversation with us. Very good food and wonderful, friendly staff and service!
Came all the way from Shenandoah for this! Not disappointed!

Waitress was great! Price for a soda is ridiculous. The steak tips had to much fat on them. My kid wouldn't eat them. Salad was decent. A few small pieces of rotten lettuce was mixed in. $60 for three kids and one adult is a little pricey. Due to price, I was only able to tip 10%. Typically, I tip 20% or more. Perhaps Logans could offer some cheaper menu options. I mean it's $12.99 for 5 pieces of chicken strips. The kids shared them but they didn't like the taste and wouldn't eat them.

We visited on a Monday evening. This location was not real busy. We were seated quickly. We were greeted quickly by our server. The server was fast and attentive. Food was served fresh, hot, and timely. The facility was clean and well taken care of.

I made reservations for 17. They told me they could easily accommodate us. That wasn't accurate. We were crammed like sardines. The waitress couldn't bring our food to us because we were up against the hearth that had to be climbed over to even get to the bathroom. They couldn't comfortably accommodate us and we should've been told that instead of them stuffing us in the way they did.

Only one complaint but nid picking one . Fish came out Luke warm . Steak and hamburger was cook ed very well . Burger was very large if anything just a bit to many mushrooms on it but that's a personal choice . Service was great .
Steaks tasted decent but for the high price, my ribeye was so tough that it felt like I was chewing some clay. Almost positive it's been frozen for a while. Oh and the dullest, worst steak knives you can imagine lol. A butter knife might have been a bit better. It took 5 or so seconds of hard sawing to get through a RIBEYE ? and the steamed broccoli was so overcooked that it turned to mush in your mouth, are the local inmates working the kitchen ?

I was there today the waiter guy Nash is very good at what he does , he came and asked if everything was good I said it's ok, well he left for a second and came right back to our table cause he paid attention to his customers he asked if I liked the past I said not really, he asked if I wanted anything else but I said no it's ok, I got full on the good rolls, then his boss lady came over tried to get me something else but I said no. The pasta was good I just didn't feel like that's what I really wanted to eat . So good place to eat .

We were walking towards the bar and there was a waitress (one of the ones working the bar on 12/2 around 5:30p.m long dark curly hair pulled to the side) standing off to the left blocking our view of the booths parallel to the bar .We had no way of knowing what was going on since our view was blocked by her standing there. So, we proceeded to walk around her and immediately saw that an elderly gentleman was helping his wife get up from the booth with a walker.We immediately stopped in our tracks. But, the gentleman motioned for us to come ahead which we did of course saying excuse us. Then he motioned for the waitress to go ahead and come through. Which she did as well.As the waitress passed us, she directed the following comment to us: "Some people are so rude."I wouldn't think Logan's would want their employees speaking to customers (who were not even yet seated) in what was ironically a VERY RUDE manner!This brief interaction -very much left a bad taste in our mouths. It turned our dinner into a very unexpected unpleasant experience! Most likely won't be back to Logan's in Vienna for awhile.
