My husband and I always get the filet here and it never disappoints. It's always cooked properly and is extremely tender. Obviously you're paying more than your average steakhouse but it's worth a tender steak to me. We've never once had a rude waiter/ress and the ambiance is just how you would expect--western theme. Highly recommend!

Not sure what Medium Rare looks like to them but its not Mooing and red as it coming out the package. Service was about the same, waiter seemed more interested in my parties drink than my food or mine. Strawberry Vinegrette was delish on my salad.
Great atmosphere and the food is good. Prices will keep me from dining here regularly. It's not like I'm Donald Trump and have the money to eat here every night.?

So here's the deal the steak isn't my favorite thing,it doesn't look like it's been grilled needs a little more seasoning, in my opinion. It's tender but that's about all I can say about it. However.....everything else I ate was delicious,the Brussel sprouts, the lemonade the onion petals and last but surely not least the cheesecake. The best cheesecake I ever tasted. Absolutely delicious.
