i thought the first bad experience i had was simply an off day but i’ve now realized how pathetic and terrible this location has become. EVERY time i’ve ordered the last 5-6 times i’ve gone through the drive through, something has been wrong or made incorrectly/awfully. the last time i came through i simply ordered a big mac and fries, and received a big mac with a rock hard cold bun, cold patty, and probably 4x too much lettuce, so much that it made it impossible to eat and ruined the entire burger. the fries were also cold and soggy. the time before that i ordered a caramel frappe and was told to pull up for whatever reason, when this was all i ordered. i then witnessed a worker carry out my frappe WITH a very obvious hole in the side of it as it was leaking and poured onto the side of my car and inside my car as he handed it to me. The last few times i’ve came i’ve only gotten a mcchicken with just ketchup, and every time there’s been probably double or triple the amount of ketchup needed, sprayed all over the wrapper and bag. i also never receive any sauces asked for. get ur stuff together.Parking: idk

This place is pathetic and run by morons!! They can't even handle a simple 2 sandwhich order during non busy hours.. Yet these are the same whiners claiming they don't get paid enough ????.. I'm certain they could screw up a cup of water.. The problem obviously starts with LAZY management and trickles down throughout the entire crew. Seriously how hard are your jobs?!!!Save your money and sanity, go across the street to Jersey Mike's, you'll get your order made correctly! It's damn sure alot better than the slop this place will hand you!!!!

I can’t imagine a location that wasn’t busy when you stop managing to mess this up. Not isolated either. A family member has ARFID and this is a safe food for them. So this is an almost daily order for us for them to ensure that they are eating. But 5 out of 7 trips a week this happens. 1.79 x2 on the bacon and another 40 cents x2 on tomatoes that we are charged for and never get. Also they are supposed to come with lettuce - the only thing removed should be the mayo.I can’t imagine this only happens to us where you’re paying extra to have it your way only to not get what you pay for. I imagine their profit margins look great.There were only three cars total there when we stopped. It’s not a matter of they were slammed and just messed up. This is a constant issue.If you need an order a specific way for dietary reasons or restrictions I suggest avoiding this location because more often than not it’s completely wrong!

this is at least the 5th time i’ve came through the drive through around this time (between 5am and 7am) and the same manager and crew seem to be working and THEY SUCK miserably. i work in customer service so it takes a lot for me to complain but if they would put as much enthusiasm into their job as they do fraternizing with each other they’d do incredible. such a frustrating way to start off the morning ??

I go through and there is always something messed up. I paid for a biscuit and gravy platter my last visit and received just one biscuit instead of two with hardly any gravy on it leaving the biscuit exposed. Do yourself a favor and drive to another McDonald’s if you want to avoid frustration. This location doesn’t take your name if you can’t make it back the same day how inconvenient. This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.

Just left the McDonald's on Grand Central Ave in Vienna, WV.I was offered med or large coffee w/ the #8 combo & asked if there was a difference in price. The guy said no.The menu price was $6.99. The screens showed -coffee large-.99".I questioned this thru the speaker(vague answer)AND at window.This man was SO very rude & actually argued repeatedly that" that's what my screen says".I stated at the speaker that I did not want the large coffee if it was .99cents extra.Customer service evidently means nothing to this guy OR to whoever put him in charge!Wendys will get my money from now on.Upsetting to be treated so badly, for no reason.
