I am extremely upset from the experience I just had. I placed an online order at 6:48 before I left work. Got there at 7:05 there was a long line and didn’t get to the speaker till 7:20 to 7:30 around there to be told they didn’t have my online order told them I have it on the app and was told to pull to the window. To which the “manager” was standing there telling me they didn’t have a order for me I told them I have it on the app pulled it up to which she started to grab my phone and I pulled back and then she started to scroll on it to verify the pick up was at the right place. She started to state that someone came through over an hour ago to pick it up. First off the order wasn’t even place an hour ago so how was it picked up. She had no comment and started to say it was my fault and that I needed to replace the order I told her I wanted my food and that it wasn’t my fault and that I am not paying again. She then started to scream at me to the point that I was crying to. I told her she didn’t need to be rude to me and then she stated that I am now trespassed from the Popeyes and to never return. I just wanted my chicken tenders or a refund. They would not give me a refund or any number to contact to get a refund or to contact someone to complain about this “managers” customer service and screaming at me. If anyone can help me get this fix idk what to do and I spent $30 and don’t know how to get my money back.

Staff acted aggravated that I was ever there. As they made my chicken sandwich they just threw it on the tray with no care at all. Lady taking order was rude and acted aggravated that I didn’t know what side I wanted because I had never been here before or knew where they were on the menu. Ordering took less that a minute but you’d have though I stood there for 20 minutes with her attitude. Chicken sandwich Mac and cheese and a small drink over 9 dollars and it sucked chicken had no real flavor mac and cheese looked like it was warmed over from yesterday and tasted that way too. This was my first time trying Popeyes and I won’t make that mistake again

[[Wed.13.March.2024 @ 6pm]]Stopped by here for lil Dinner, Plenty of parking, Dined in, Inside was clean, Staff was nice, Ordered 12pcs Sweet n Spicy Wings with Bayou Buffalo Dipping Sauce, Mac&Cheese and a Biscuit, the Lobby was quite since was the only Customer dining in at that time, Food came out reasonable time, it all was very Delicious, defiantly a Keeper!!

Tried to eat there 3 times now. First made us sick. Tried again and drive through was shut down. 3rd time customer service was horrendous. Didn't even say anything on speaker and then got heavy attitude when asked if speaker wasn't working. I want t9 have a good experience but 3 times attempted and all were bad. Worked in fast food myself. And I understand things happen but there was no reason to be so rude. Could have just said welcome please give us a minute versus nothing at all and then attitude.

Placed a fairly large order online and went through the drive thru to pick it up. Pulled over to eat before getting back on the road and noticed they had given me a chicken sandwich instead of fish. Pulled back through the drive thru to simply have it corrected and the cashier, manager and cook literally argued with me and tried to come up with every excuse under the sun as to why I was wrong and that I had received the correct order (I didn’t). They were extremely rude and made me feel very insulted, like I was trying to scam them out of a free sandwich. Look, I’m a 54 year old school teacher and have better things to do than go around trying to scam Popeye’s out of sandwiches. Eventually, they made me new sandwiches, only to find out later that they gave me the wrong thing AGAIN. In addition, my shrimp was hard and rubbery and, since I was already 30 minutes away from the restaurant, I had to throw them away. And if that wasn’t enough, three of my five chicken tenders were literally barely larger than the size of my pinky finger and inedible. I’ve included a photo of two of them with this review. I love Popeye’s but everything about this location: the food, the service and the employees, including the manager, is the absolute worst. Oh, I almost forgot to mention that later that night I GOT FOOD POSIONING! Thanks Vienna, WV Popeye’s for the 24 hours of diarrhea, vomiting, fever and chills! Highly recommended if you like throwing money away and spending your Saturday night crapping through a screen door without wetting the mesh.

Macaroni and cheese was still frozen. Chicken strips was hardly any chicken at all and tiny pieces.
Was there last weekend. Our first time trying Popeyes and it was horrible. We went through the drive thru around 7:15 ish. Had placed a mobile order. Was told at the window to pull up that they were waiting on mac and cheese and it would be about 5 mins. After about 15 mins I walked inside where I see the lady microwaving our Mac n cheese, while the rest of our food sat on the counter getting cold. The food was awful chicken tenders looked like just breading the thinnest chicken tenders I've ever seen. The Mac and cheese was all watery with like 6 noodles in it. Chicken sandwich was cold and had no toppings. I will say the biscuits (the only thing we wound up eating) were really good. We won't be going back. So disappointing had high hopes.

You would think for paying $30 that you would atleast get everything you paid for , ordered 7 biscuits didnt even receive one . Your employees need to do better cause everytime I’ve gotten Popeyes it’s been bad and I’ve had stuff missing . Very disappointed for the price you pay . I would stay away from this
