The service has turned around tremendously. I have been a continuous customer for a few years now. Very quick with service lately. The best ice coffee in my opinion, hands down! They were out of everything! Chicken for one serving, no lettuce, no turkey, tried to give us a sprite when we ordered a diet coke and they still gave us a regular coke, and no croissants! Very disappointed!

Most of the time, I go through the drive-thru, and they are out of specialty drinks and iced coffee. Always short staffed and extra long line at drive-thru. I left on this visit and went to Burger King to get hot coffee. Lobby closed sometimes because of the shortage of employees. I will not go back!

I'm sorry, but when the donut holes are so bad that my dog wouldn't even eat them, that's unacceptable. I was excited to try Tim Hortons, too! Additionally, staff didn't even know how to make my coffee. It's was an absolute waste of $12! I'm sorry, Tim Hortons. Maybe this was a fluke, but it's highly unlikely that I will ever return to one of your locations. If I had been given a receipt when I paid, I would have contacted the corporate office.
